The Advantage Assam 2.0 summit concluded with a massive investment commitment of ₹5,18,295 crore, announced CM Himanta Biswa Sarma. The investments will boost infrastructure, industry, and employment in Assam over the next five years.

Key Investment Highlights:

Mukesh Ambani pledged ₹50,000 crore for digital transformation and will set up a CBG plant in Karbi Anglong.✅ TATA Group to invest ₹30,000 crore in electronics manufacturing in Jagiroad.✅ ONGC signed an ₹15,000 crore MoU for hydrocarbon exploration.✅ Vedanta & Oil India to invest ₹85,000 crore in the hydrocarbon sector.✅ Nitin Gadkari allocated ₹80,000 crore for National Highways development.✅ ₹3,500 crore investment in a Kokrajhar-Gelephu railway line and 9 cargo terminals.✅ ₹12,000 crore for the Namrup BVCL project and ₹300 crore for an IT Park in Guwahati.✅ Adani Group to invest ₹50,000 crore in an aerocity and airport development.

The summit marks a major step in Assam’s economic growth and industrial expansion.
